Mary Njoku Shares Her Struggles With Sleeplessness And Uncertainty

Mary Njoku, a Nollywood actress, has talked candidly about feeling uncomfortable and self-conscious.

She wrote on her Instagram that she feels stranded and uncertain about what to do next.

During an emotional outburst, she disclosed her self-doubts, claiming they prevent her from getting enough sleep.

“I’m at a point in my life where I truly don’t know what to do. It feels like I’m at a crossroads stuck and uncertain.

“The people you think you know, you come to realize, maybe you don’t know them at all. And that shakes you. I usually have answers,

“I’m used to having clarity and direction. But right now, I have none. My mind is overwhelmed. I can’t sleep,” she wrote.

We are sorry to hear you’re experiencing a restless night. I feel you should establish a relaxing routine, limit screen time and practice mindfulness.

Today's Quote

“Here’s to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They’re not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can’t do is ignore them. Because they change things. They push the human race forward. And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do.”
