Mental Health Self-care Routine Tips

Mental health includes emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It is more than the absence of a mental illness—it’s essential to your overall health and quality of life. One needs to give it the attention and support it needs to thrive.

Self-care is a collective set of practices that make one happy and healthy.
Engaging in activities keeps your mind challenged and engaged. These are the things that get you into a flow state. Experiencing flow as much as possible, challenging your mind, and learning new things are all forms of mental self-care.

Here are a few ways to improve your mental self-care:
