Motherhood: Help, My Child Is Struggling Academically!

Hello Great Mothers! Every mother rejoices when they observe their kids excelling academically. When their children are recognized as best overall or best in a particular subject at the conclusion of the school section, all moms are filled with pride. No mother wants her child to inevitably finish last in every academic section.

It is significant to note that the following factors play a significant role in how well a child performs in school:

1) The standard of the curriculum at your child’s school.
2) The teacher’s abilities with children.
3) Access to good academic resources.

In addition to the previously listed considerations, your involvement in your child’s educational process is the factor that matters most for their academic success.

We frequently abstain from our children’s academic activities out of ignorance. We frequently leave everything up to their teachers. We tell ourselves that instructors should carry out their duties because they are paid to instruct and support our kids’ academics. We frequently go so far as to hire private instructors for them. This is excellent, but a study by the Michigan Department of Education found that parental participation predicts academic achievement two times more accurately than socioeconomic status. However, the same survey also states that the biggest problem affecting children’s academic achievement today is a lack of parental involvement.

We as mothers can help in this situation. In most homes, mothers often spend more time with their children than fathers. This doesn’t imply that we don’t do anything to support our families financially, but rather that we frequently work close to home or from home or run our businesses. Thus, it is our responsibility.

Are there signs that show that a child is struggling academically? If yes, what are they?
