MOVING ON

MOVING ON Agnesisikablog

Yesterday ended with last night. Today is a brand-new day. You must make a decision that you are going to move on. It won’t happen automatically. You will have to rise and say, I don’t care how hard this is, I don’t care how disappointed I am, I’m not going to let this get the best of me. I’m moving on.

Today, ‘well lived’ is the prize. Look to this day…in it lie all the realities and verities of existence, the bliss of growth, the splendor of action, the glory of power. For yesterday is but a dream and tomorrow is only a vision. But today well lived, makes every yesterday a dream of happiness and every tomorrow a vision of hope. When we assign a purpose to the day, it becomes more meaningful. When your days seem to disappear one after the other without notice, it may be that you have forgotten to assign purpose and meaning to them. If today is well-lived, tomorrow offers more hope and yesterday brings a smile.

Knowledge is very important in life. If we consider life as a vehicle, knowledge is the fuel in it. You cannot run your life without proper knowledge. If you don’t have fuel for your vehicle, you will be in the place where you are and won’t move. Similarly, if you don’t know, your life will not go forward, instead, it will be the same every day. Try your best to acquire that which will help you keep moving. You can if you try.

John Wesley offered some insight into what we ought to do in the following:

Do all the good you can
By all means, you can
In all the ways you can
In all the places you can
To all the people you can
As long as ever you can

The two words that draw attention are “you can,” which means that doing good in every way possible is a valid aspiration and regardless of your intelligence, your education, your life status, or your circumstances, you can do good forever.
May God richly bless you with His knowledge in all you do.
