Nigerian businessman and entreprenuer Obi Iyiegbu popularly called Obi Cubana has issued a warning to those who have been and still using his name which comes with a good reputation to to do various dubious and fraudulent activities on social media.
Obi Cubana sent this warning via Facebook in a live session on Friday shortly after he was verified on the platform.
The Anambra-State-born socialite lamented over how some unscrupulous people are using his name to do bad things thereby soiling his image.
According to Obi Cubana in the Facebook live monitored by KemiFilani news, he decided to speak up on the issue because it is really getting at him and he furthered that he added that his name is not associated with “anything bad or evil.”
“This is my only verified Facebook page. A lot of guys are using my name; Obi Cubana, Obi Iyiegbu to do a lot of bad things on Facebook. The name Obi Cubana is not associated with anything bad or evil. Please disregard, block, report,”
“For me to come up to do this, you guys should know that it is really getting at me. Thank God that Facebook has verified me right now so we can interact more here.”
Obi Cubana also added that nobody can destroy the name he has struggled to build over the years.
“You can’t destroy what we’ve worked so hard to build over the years,” he added.
