Nazi Mass Grave Unearthed With 675 Babies And Children ‘Drained Of Blood’

Nazi mass grave containing the bodies of 675 infants and children has been uncovered in Russia to rescue wounded soldiers, believed to have been “bleeded out”.

Experts said the gruesome burial site, containing 1,362 bodies, was discovered near St Petersburg and near the base of an invading Hitler SS unit during World War II.

Search teams retrieve 1,362 bodies from a mass grave in western Russia’s Lomonosovsky. More than half of the remains found were of children.

About 50 sacks full of skeletons were removed from the site this week alone. The victims – almost all without any visible wounds – were found naked and without shoes by investigative teams in the village of Novaya Bura in the Lomonosovsky district of the Leningrad region.

They believe the children’s remains were from an infamous concentration camp nearby, where hundreds of young people were brutally imprisoned for supplying blood to utterly wounded German officers and soldiers.

Leningrad – Children were rigidly placed on standby to ensure a continuous supply of blood for Nazi soldiers fighting near St. Petersburg.

Hundreds of people died at the site due to chronic blood loss, from newborns to teenagers. Viktor Ionov, head of the mass grave search team, said: “We are digging and digging, but there is no end to it.

“And – morally – civilians are harder to dig in than military victims.

“The victims were not wearing clothes and shoes. Usually something rotten remains, for example, the soles – but not here.”

Most of the casualties were adult women, with at least three pregnant. There were no gunshot wounds on the corpses, while only a few victims showed signs of being stabbed and most had no indication of their cause of death.

Search volunteer Sergei Beregovoi explained: “In total, the bones of 1,362 people, 675 of them children, have been excavated here.

“The remains lay in heaps. Some had their arms outstretched. To be honest, despite all my experience, I was utterly horrified,”He told 47news outlet.

Nazi troops were stationed just 300 meters from the site between 1941 and 1943Siege of Leningrad, while an SS unit was also located nearby.

Lonov said: “The most mysterious thing is that neither the elders, nor the local historians remember anything about what happened here.
