Nnamdi Kanu disclosed this during his routine meeting with his Special Counsel, Aloy Ejimakor at the Department of State Service, DSS, facility in Abuja.

The apex court had adjourned Kanu’s case till May 11 after allowing the Federal government to file additional nine grounds in its appeal against the IPOB leader.

Tweeting about the meeting, Ejimakor wrote: “I just exited from today’s visitation with #MNK. I informed him of the adjournment of his appeal by the Supreme Court & he was not happy about it.

The court granted the permission while ruling on a motion for leave moved by the counsel of the Nigerian Government, Tijani Gazali.
