Patrick Doyle Finally Opens Up On His Divorce From Ex-wife

Nigerian media mogul, Patrick Doyle recently spoke about his divorce from ex-wife, Ireti Doyle, revealing a nuanced perspective on their past relationship.

In a recent interview with Olumide Iyanda, Doyle shared his thoughts on the dissolution of their marriage, emphasizing that he harbours no resentment towards Ireti.

Doyle addressed a previous social media post where he praised his mother, sisters, and late wife, clarifying that it was not intended as a shade towards Ireti.

He questioned why people expected him to nostalgically recall their time together when it was, in fact, unhappy.

Patrick wrote:

“Has she told you, she was happiest with me? If I am not true to myself, then I am an agbaya. My mother, my sisters, and my late wife that isn’t a shade to anybody; they impacted me in a positive way.

When something didn’t make me happy, why should I remember that fondly? The outcome of our marriage wasn’t pleasant. So why should I lie?

We are very cordial now. Ireti is a first-class provider and a mother to her children. She is taking fantastic care of my daughter. How can I wish her ill? As far as mothers go, they don’t come any better. She provides 360 mothering care.”

No matter how much your heart may ache or how angry you may be, it is never advisable to speak ill of your ex in public. Doing so only serves to lower their character and may damage their reputation.

Live with Purpose, Love with Passion. Remember to be happy

Mr and Mrs Doyle did right by not saying anything I’ll about their relationship in public. If you asked for the opinion of the public it will result into disaster and the drama will nt be pleasant
