Poco Lee Set for Court Arraignment Over Alleged Rape On September 15

The Nigerian dancer Iweh Pascal Odinaka, better known as “Poco Lee,” will be charged with rape on September 15, according to the UK’s Snaresbrook Crown Court.

In a letter to TheCable Lifestyle on Tuesday, the London-based court confirmed the case.

James Baker, the court’s administrative team lead, responded to a question by confirming that Poco Lee’s case is scheduled for plea and trial preparation before one of its 20 courtrooms and that the matter is official.

The defendant is accused of “attempted rape, two counts of rape, and two counts of assault by penetration,” according to the court administrator.

“I can confirm that this case is currently listed at Snaresbrook Crown Court for plea and trial preparation on the 15th September 2026,” the response reads.

However, the court insisted that until Poco Lee is charged, tried, and found guilty, he is innocent of the accusations.

A week after news of Poco Lee’s arrest in the UK appeared online, his upcoming arraignment was confirmed.

Two Poco Lee associates, TG Omori and Rahman Jago, responded to the reports on Monday.

Omori lamented Poco Lee’s predicament, calling him one of the “purest souls” he had ever encountered.

“Hearing about Poco Lee in this kind of mess breaks my heart.” I have never met a more pure soul than that one. “The devil puts in a lot of overtime,” he wrote.

We sincerely hope that these allegations are not true and that the truth will come to light. It is important to remember the principle of innocence until proven guilty, and we trust that the legal process will uncover the facts. Our thoughts are with all parties involved as this matter unfolds.
