Rema Makes History By Getting Guinness World Records

Renowned Nigerian artist Rema made history with his popular single “Calm Down,” which currently holds a Guinness World Record.

Remember a few days ago when Rema’s ‘Calm Down’ broke the record for the most plays on Spotify by an African artist? The album has surpassed 1 billion streams on international streaming app Spotify.

Sources say the track “Clam Down” told a story never before written by an African artist.

Rema is reportedly the face of African music and the first African singer to hold a Guinness World Record.

Bravo, what an accomplishment! We are so proud of you. Congratulations and best wishes to you.

Today's Quote

“Here’s to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They’re not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can’t do is ignore them. Because they change things. They push the human race forward. And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do.”
