The well-known media figure Symply Tacha has said that men should work hard to win women over in relationships.
In a podcast on CreativiTEA, Tacha refuted the idea that men “don’t have to impress,” pointing out contradictions in contemporary dating culture.
Tacha says it’s common for men to be expected to buy gifts or take women out, but some say they don’t have to .
She said, “Push the whole narrative of ‘men don’t have to impress,’ and I’m like, you can’t tell me men don’t have to impress, and every other day you’re telling a girl let me buy you bottles, let me take you out.
“There has to be effort.”
“The ones that don’t put in effort are the ones trying to push the whole stupid woke 2025 nonsense. If animals can get it, and they are saying, ‘oh are you an animal?’
“Most animals have 90% DNA structure as humans. So yes, if a bird can understand he has to impress the female, who are you to not understand you have to impress?” she added.
I completely agree with Tacha. Men should put in the effort. Some men remain silent and expect the woman to figure out that they’re interested, only to lose her in the end and be left regretting it.
Relationships require active participation from both sides, and men need to understand that showing genuine effort and communication are key to building a strong, lasting bond. Without it, even the most promising relationships can fade away.
