Things Are Not Well; Pray For Us, Happie Boiz Beg OPM Pastor

Happie Boiz, a former security guard turned entertainer, has apologized to Apostle Johnson Ugochinyere, the Senior Pastor of OPM Ministries.

Happie Boiz made headlines in June when they called out the cleric who sent them on a scholarship to Cyprus. They said the clergyman abandoned them in a foreign nation and that he gave them money for the first six months after landing in Cyprus before ceasing financial assistance.

In response to their allegation, Pastor Ugochinyere stated that the economy and exchange rate made it difficult to continue giving them money. He proposed that they continue their education in Nigeria or another African countries. He also claimed to have paid for their plane tickets out of Cyprus.

In their reaction, the men stated that they would not be returning to Nigeria and went on to mock the pastor.

Happie Boiz claimed in a new video posted to their Facebook page this afternoon, September 7, that things aren’t going well for them in Cyprus and asked the cleric to forgive them. They stated that they were willing to fly to Nigeria to personally apologize to the pastor.

‘’We are here to say a very big sorry to Nigerians, most especially Papa OPM. We know that we have wronged him and we have admitted our mistake. Please find a place in your heart and forgive us,” one said

‘’Even if he wants us to come back to Nigeria right now just to get his forgiveness, we are going to come back. We are really sorry,” Another said.
