Son Of A Convicted Paedophile R*pes And Murders His 10yr-old Cousin

Carson Peters Berger, a 14-year-old boy, has been accused of luring his 10-year-old cousin off the road and into the woods, where he sexually abused and murdered her.

According to a criminal complaint filed on Friday, May 6, Carson is suspected of murdering his cousin, Lily Peters, in northwestern Wisconsin, USA.

On April 27, he was charged in adult court with first-degree intentional homicide, first-degree sexual assault, and first-degree sexual assault of a child under the age of 13 in the death of Peters, whose disappearance in the town of Chippewa Falls prompted a massive capital intensive police manhunt.

After a hearing on Thursday, Judge Benjamin Lane decided to release a redacted version of the criminal complaint in answer to media requests.

According to the criminal complaint, the kid returned to the crime scene after allegedly killing the girl in order to better conceal her body by covering her with leaves.

The 10-year-old girl was declared missing on the evening of April 24 after failing to return from a visit to her aunt’s house in Chippewa Falls. According to the criminal complaint, the police discovered her body the next morning.

According to the complaint, Carson told officers he was riding his hoverboard beside Lily on a route in Chippewa Falls and planned to r*pe and kill her.

According to the complaint, he encouraged Lily to abandon the trail and join him in exploring the woods, then r*ped her.

He got afraid and fled the scene, according to the complaint, but came back to cover Lily’s corpse with leaves.

Carson is still being held on a $1 million bail. Although he is an adult in the criminal justice system, his counsel may ask Lane to dismiss the case and send it to juvenile court. The date of his next court appearance is June 24.

Meanwhile, it was discovered that the 14-year-old is the son of a convicted paedophile, Adam Berger, a 37-year-old man who served three years in prison after being caught with a hoard of pornographic photographs of young girls on his phone.

Carson Peters-Berger is now facing a possible life sentence.
