You all will agree with me that Wiz Kid is a force to reckon with globally.

The Nigerian-born multi-talented artist has performed in many events both at home and abroad.

Recently, Wizkid shut down Riyadh to become the first African artiste to perform at World’s largest gaming event.

The popular African singer made history as he performed his hit songs at the World’s biggest gaming event in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Wizkid whose real name is Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun was born on 16 July 1990. He began recording music at the age of 11.

The father of 3 who thrilled the audience with some of his hit songs and dance steps was among over ten artists who are billed to perform at the event, which commenced on July 14 and is expected to end on September 8.

The Saudi Esports Federation, the event’s organizer, claimed in a story on The National that the program includes more than 1,000 events, ranging from concerts to comedy and magic acts.

In addition to the musical component, the event will feature competitions between some of the top teams and players in the world in games including Rocket League, Dota 2, Fortnite, Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege, and PUBG Mobile.

Wizkid has won more than 76 awards.
