Verydarkman, a controversial social critic, revealed that N78 million of the N180 million that was purportedly taken from his NGO account had been found.
The disclosure follows days after he raised an alarm on his Instagram page on Friday that N180 million was gone due to an hacking of his company account.
His remarks, however, provoked criticism, with many people doubting the veracity of his assertions.
“Thanks to the people who called to check up on me. I also want to thank God for the process so far: we have been able to recover N78m, even though the suspect pointed out that the person he did with has run to Ghana, so hopefully, we would be going to Ghana very soon,” he said.
