Woman Murders Her Sister-In-Law, Butchers Her Body For Rituals (Photos)

Marie France Mbea, a 57-year-old Cameroonian lady, has been detained for allegedly killing her sister-in-law as part of an alleged money ritual.

The culprit, according to local media, murdered the woman and dismembered her body in a hotel in Yaoundé’s Biyem Assi area.

She was caught when she tried to exit the hotel with the body parts packed inside a suitcase on Monday, August 22, 2022

Marie France Mbea claimed she had a phone conversation with an unidentified individual who directed her to murder her sister-in-law in exchange for money. She checked into the hotel with the victim and then struck her over the head with a beer bottle and cut her throat.

She fled the hotel Mendzang on Sunday night after killing her sister-in-law, only to reappear on Monday carrying a machete and a Valise.

She then chopped the body into pieces and placed them in a bag. When the hotel management saw that she was carrying something too heavy for her and refused offers of assistance, they became suspicious and called the police.

The suspect, who is being questioned at Yaounde police headquarters, admitted that the body parts were intended to be transferred to a man in exchange for wealth.

Today's Quote

“Here’s to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They’re not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can’t do is ignore them. Because they change things. They push the human race forward. And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do.”
