SHOWING APPRECIATION

Have you ever truly experienced the incredible power of gratitude? When someone thanks you—whether it’s your boss, teacher, or someone at church—it can spark a brand-new sense of purpose and ignite your enthusiasm like never before! Gratitude doesn’t just uplift others; it transforms us, helping us appreciate the incredible ideas and contributions of those around us.

And when we turn our hearts to God with thankfulness, the rewards are extraordinary! It adds nothing to the greatness of God but the more we thank Him for His amazing deeds—like His sacrifice on the Cross—the closer we feel to Him, and the more generous and loving we become toward others. Thanksgiving sets off a beautiful virtuous cycle that naturally spills over into our communities and our everyday lives.

So, in this Mass, let’s wholeheartedly thank the Lord our God! Embrace this sacred sacrifice with joy and gratitude for Christ’s saving work and for all the blessings in your life. Make gratitude a daily habit—let it energize your prayer and your actions this week and beyond. Experience firsthand the amazing difference it can make, and come back next Mass eager to thank God all over again!

Today's Quote

“A lot of companies have chosen to downsize, and maybe that was the right thing for them. We chose a different path. Our belief was that if we kept putting great products in front of customers, they would continue to open their wallets.”
