Lasisi Elenu, a well-known Nigerian comedian, has won hearts online with his heartfelt and passionate birthday ode to his wife, actress Nonso Adika.
The comedian lavished his wife with love on Instagram, calling her his “biggest cheerleader” and adorably referring to her as “Omotolani Cookie.”
“Happy Birthday to my beautiful queen, my darling wife, my biggest cheerleader, my forever love,” Lasisi wrote. “You are the strongest woman I know, the most incredible mother, and without a doubt, the greatest partner in this beautiful thing called life.”
“I love you more than words can ever express, my Omotolani Cookie. Thank you for being everything I never knew I needed and more,” he added.
The tribute ended with Lasisi’s signature sense of humour, teasing a birthday surprise.
“Now… Oya go inside and wait for me. Zaddy has a surprise waiting in the bedroom. When you hear three knocks, just know—it’s me,” he playfully concluded.
