Teenage Boy Fires At School In Capital Of Serbia

Gun violence is on the rise, especially among kids and teenagers. The latest accident in the capital of Serbia where a teenage kid opened fire inside a school in the heart of Belgrade, inflicting casualties.

According to a statement by police and Serbian authorities, they said they got a call about the shooting at Vladislav Ribnikar Primary School at about 8.40 am (7.40 am BST).

According to authorities, the suspect, a seventh-grader (about 13 years old), was taken into custody.

According to the statement, the youngster allegedly fired multiple shots from his father’s revolver toward other students and the security guard at the school.

The guard was reportedly slain in the shooting, according to Serbian media. Police provided no further information.

There was a disturbance outside the school as police took the suspect, whose head was covered as cops brought him to a car parked in the street. Local television footage from the site showed this.
