Renowned car dealer Ikechukwu Ogbonna (better known as IVD) is said to have been remanded at Kirikiri Prison, but he is seeking bail while using children as bait.
It was reported weeks ago that IVD was taken into custody on January 31, 2023 after appearing at Kirikiri Prison, a friend of his who is a lawyer and his relationship expert friend,CEO Blessing accompanied him. The father of five children was charged with manslaughter by the state of Lagos after the death of his wife Bimbo.
In a new development, IVD’s late wife’s elder sister, identified as Mama Jazz, took to Instagram Stories to reveal the tactics IVD uses to secure bail. According to Mama Jazz, the widow is using his five children as bait to secure his bail.
Mama Jazz teased him, saying IVD should have told the court he wanted to spend Valentine’s Day with Boo.
She wrote: “What a pathetic world we live in. Using children you have not seen, children you’ve never asked of, children that you don’t know their whereabouts to be asking the court to grant you bail based on the fact that you want to come and take care of your children. You must be so pathetic haaaaaa”.
“Tell the court you want to do Valentine with your boo boo”.
