Popular Nigerian crossdresser and influencer, Idris Okuneye aka Bobrisky has received a cheque of one million naira for being the Best Dressed Female at the movie premiere of ‘Beast of Two Worlds’ Ajanaku.
Social media users have been astounded as he left many people in disbelief.
The event, held at Circle Mall in Lekki, saw numerous celebrities including Odunlade Adekola, Toyin Abraham, Mercy Aigbe, and Iyabo Ojo showing their support for Eniola Ajao’s film Ajanaku.
Among the attendees, Bobrisky stood out with an impressive outfit, ultimately bagging the Best Dressed Female award, much to the surprise of netizens.
The crossdresser was rewarded with a prize of N1 million, as captured in an online video where actor Femi Adebayo announced the victory.
I agree with Daayo Amusa, anyone can win the Best Dressed Female award at the movie premiere but not a crossdresser like Bobrisky.
The actress asserted that she is not happy with the decision stressing that Bobrisky winning the Best Dressed Female award watered down the effort of everyone most especially the ladies at the movie premiere.
Dayo Amusa continued that given the Best Dressed Female award to crossdresser Bobrisky out of every female present was disrespect and the announcement made her to walk out of the event.
Backing up her point, the thespian stated that an award can be created for crossdressers not the Female Best Dressed Award.
