In fulfillment of her unwavering commitment to promoting youth and women empowerment, the Chairperson of Itire-Ikate LCDA; Mrs. Vivian Odunayo Daniel, paid a monitoring visit to the ongoing 4-week Summer Skill Acquisition Program at the Council’s Vocational Training Center.
The visit was aimed at assessing the performance of both facilitators and participants and ensuring that the overall objectives of the program are effectively achieved.
While interacting with the trainees, Mrs. Daniel commended their dedication and zeal to acquire new skills, urging them to remain focused and make the best use of the opportunity. She equally encouraged the facilitators to sustain their commitment to equipping participants with practical and life-changing knowledge.
As a mark of appreciation for her outstanding contributions to youth and women empowerment, Mrs. Vivian Odunayo Daniel was presented with an Award of Excellence by the program organizers.
She reaffirmed her continuous support for initiatives aimed at empowering residents, reducing unemployment, and fostering sustainable community development across Itire-Ikate LCDA.
