Georgia Principal And Gym Instructor Sacked Over S*x In School

A Georgia elementary school administrator and a Georgia gym teacher who had been involved in an affair for years have both been sacked, following allegations of having s*x on school property.

According to WSB-TV, who cited an internal report that was carried out by an outside firm, some of the s*xual acts between Physical Education teacher Dylan Charles and married principal Dana Simmons of Banks County Elementary School, Georgia, were even caught on camera by Charles’ wife.

According to the report published at the end of January 2023, the school affair came to light after Simmons accused Charles of getting access to private school district information either by bugging her office or by having a source inside the county’s school board.

After that matter was resolved, Charles reportedly sought out district officials and confessed to having an affair with Simmons, claiming the two had s*x both on and off-campus, as well as in the elementary school.

Initially, Simmons reportedly insisted that they were merely friends in a “inappropriate friendship” and denied having had any s*x.

According to the report, Charles arrived with what appeared to be receipted for the s*x acts, including a picture of him and Simmons kissing mouth to mouth and another picture of a naked man and woman having s*x inside a car that Charles claimed was of him and Simmons.

Additional images show Simmons engaging in oral s*x with a man inside a car and a naked woman standing in a room close to Simmons’ office at the school.

The report states that internal investigators were also provided texts between him, his wife, and Simmons.

“Again, there is no context added to the pictures or the text messages, but the totality of the evidence tends to support Mr. Charles’s claim of an inappropriate relationship between Dr. Simmons and Mr. Charles,” the report states.

According to the report, Simmons admitted to having a s*xual relationship with Charles while speaking with the outside firm, but she categorically denied having s*x on school property.

According to the Hu, she stated that the liaisons were arranged by the PE teacher’s wife Kelsey Charles and that she even saw the two engage in s*xual activity.

A close friend of Simmons’s recalled seeing a text from Kelsey Charles to Simmons in which she stated bluntly, “Would you like to f* my husband?”

According to the report, wife Kelsey Charles stated in an interview with the independent investigative firm that Simmons had promised to support both her and her husband’s careers and that Simmons was also “manipulating” them.

She also claimed that Simmons had put pressure on her to agree to have s*x with her husband.

Staff from internal investigators John Grant & Dr. Paul Shaw wrote, “There is conclusive evidence of a s*xual relationship between Dr. Simmons and Mr. Charles.

“Pictures, Video, Admissions by both parties, Verification by Kelsey Charles.”

The firm also came to the conclusion that Banks County Elementary School was the scene of s*xual activities.

“The educators involved are no longer teaching Banks County students”, the school district said in a statement to WSB-TV, but it was said that no crime had been committed. The Macon Telegraph stated that the two had been sacked.

Georgia Banks County Superintendent Ann Hopkins said in a statement to WSB-TV, “Upon receiving allegations involving the matter at hand, the District immediately hired independent investigators to conduct an investigation and provide a report of findings.

“The investigative report in question was reviewed by law enforcement for evidence of criminal activity and none was found. The educators involved are no longer teaching Banks County students.

“The safety and well-being of our students is always our first priority. The investigation into this event did not yield any indication that student safety or security was compromised.”
