Father, as I lie down to sleep tonight, please watch over me with the warmth of Your love. In Your mercy, soothe my pain, whether it be in my body, mind, or soul.
Help me to be a little better tomorrow and an even greater version of myself the next day.
Lord, I ask for a peaceful rest tonight. Please help me to fall asleep easily and to wake up refreshed in the morning, strengthened to do Your will. Thank you for Your love and protection.
I am grateful for my entire day. As I close my eyes, please grant me rest. My heavenly Father, You are the best.
