“Let’s Stop Bullying People, Words Can Hurt.” – Funke Akindele To Fans

Nigerians have been urged by Nollywood actress Funke Akindele to put an end to cyberbullying. She made the request on her Instagram feed.

The actress claims that words have the power to cause pain. She even went so far as to exhort her followers to preach love rather than hatred.

She wrote:

“Spread love!!! Be kind!!

I want to remind you all that everyone has a story, and words can make or break. That’s why I want to emphasize the importance of kindness on social media. Everyone struggles, and words can hurt. Let’s lift each other up with love, encouragement, and support. Remember, bullying isn’t just physical – words matter.

To my incredible fans, I urge you to spread kindness, ignore negativity, and shine your light. Let’s create a supportive community where everyone feels valued and loved.”

Bullying is never fun, it’s a cruel and terrible thing to do to someone. Until our society recognizes cyberbullying for what it is, the suffering of thousands of silent victims will continue.

Live with Purpose, Love with Passion. Remember to be happy

One ❤️❤️❤️
