Real Madrid ‘Agree To Sign Kylian Mbappe’s Brother Ethan, 17

Real Madrid has reportedly agreed to sign Kylian Mbappe’s brother, Ethan Mbappe, in an effort to entice the PSG sensation to join the club as well.

The 25-year-old French superstar’s contract with Paris Saint-Germain expires this summer. But he has since decided to join Los Blancos for an £85.6 million signing-on fee, with an £8.5 million pay cut.

It has now been revealed that Mbappe and his family requested that the Spanish giants sign his younger brother, Ethan, as part of the transaction.

Kylian had supposedly already signed with Madrid, but his family requested that the personal bonus be added to his pre-contract deal, according to Ok Diario director Eduardo Inda.

Ethan plays for PSG’s U19s and has made three first-team appearances this season.

While still just 17, he made his debut in December and is expected to join Real Madrid Castilla, the Spanish club’s B squad, which competes in the third division.

Mail Sport published the specifics of Kylian’s surprise agreement to join the Bernabeu club after seven years of attempting to sign him.

The transfer story involving him, Madrid, and PSG has been the longest-running and most publicised in football in recent years.

The 25-year-old, who earns £21.4 million net in Paris, will earn £12.8 million per season in Madrid, making him the club’s highest earner despite a significant salary decrease.

He has agreed to terms with the Spanish club, but neither Paris Saint-Germain nor Real Madrid will issue an official statement, even though both could yet face in the Champions League.

Despite losing his basic income, Mbappe will get a sizable signing-on fee of over £85.6 million and will retain an 80% share of image rights on any new commercial deals he signs after joining Madrid. This differs from the club’s standard 50-50 share for new players.

He is anticipated to wear Luke Modric’s number 10 shirt next season, given the Croatian has not been offered a new contract. However, the 38-year-old has apparently been offered the opportunity to remain on their coaching staff.

A Gentle Reminder: Every obstacle is a stepping stone, every morning; a chance to go again, and those little steps take you closer to your dream.
