Self Care……2

Recently, have been loving myself more than before. I have come to realize that happiness is by choice and I have chosen to love Myself for my happiness.

Self-care is more than beauty regimens and external measures. You just have to know what it takes to take control of your life and that has to start with your heart.

I see my beauty, that I’m good enough, that I’m worthy of being loved without effort, that I’m beautiful, the texture of my hair, the shape of my curves 🤣🤣🤣🤣, my lips the size, the color of my skin and my emotions are all valuable and wonderful.

Self-care is fuel… no matter what road lies ahead or which path you choose, self-care is what keeps your engine revving and the wheels spinning.

When I get to the tail end of the day to relax, I still use my time to take care of the things at home and of course, stay glued to my phone or system because of the kind of job I do which is blogging. I love my job still🤣🤣

We must all recognize that self-care requires a balance between work and you.

Self-care should be a priority rather than something we push to the bottom of our to-do list.

So I have come to realize that the only person who can pull me down is myself, and I’m not going to let myself pull me down anymore.

Note: Have still not created that time to take myself out. I guess am still procrastinating.

Thank You!!

One ❤️❤️❤️
