Squid Game ‘Player 001’ Reveals How Netflix Series Changed His Line

Squid game Actor; Yeong-Su Oh has revealed how the Netflix series changed his life.

The 77-year-old actor, who gained worldwide fame as Player 001 in the series, appeared in the South Korean TV show “How Do I Play” to discuss how the success of the show has affected his life.

He reportedly said that he was having trouble dealing with the number of calls he’s receiving about acting opportunities after the surprise popularity of the Netflix show.

“I feel like I’m floating in the air,” Yeong-su said (via) sumpy) “It makes me think, ‘I need to calm down, settle my thoughts, and hold myself back right now.’

“So many people are contacting me, and because I don’t have a manager to help me, it’s hard for me to handle the volume of calls and messages I receive, so my daughter is helping me.”

‘Squid Game’ has become an international hit Credit on Netflix after receiving 111 million views within a month.

He continued: “Things have changed quite a bit. Even when I go to a cafe or somewhere like that, I need to be aware of it now [how I appear to others]. It got me thinking, ‘Being famous is hard too.’”

According to Netflix, squid game, Netflix has become the streaming giant’s biggest launch ever since its release in September, topping the Netflix TV charts in 94 countries.

In the Korean drama, Yeong-su plays one of the 456 contestants who take part in a series of deadly children’s games to win enough money to pay off their debts. His character, a dying man with dementia dubbed player 001, has a key role in the series.

Despite the show’s popularity, a second season has yet to be announced – although producer Hwang Dong-hyuk has teased some possible storylines.
