Stella Damasus Announces Exciting Premiere Of Debut Movie “Water Girl” In U.S.

Stella Damasus, a Nollywood actress and co-producer, has expressed her excitement for her debut full-length feature film, ‘Water Girl’.

The film has been chosen to premiere at the prestigious Flathead Lake International Cinemafest, which will take place in Polson, Montana, from February 14 to 16.

Damasus shared the exciting news of her debut film’s selection on social media, describing the triumph as a “Christmas came early” experience.

Damasus, in addition to her acting role, co-produced the movie, which promises to “shake things up” in the business. The film has already received substantial notice and has been nominated for five categories at the festival, including Best Director, Best Actress for Moriyah Faith J, Best Original Score for Blessing Agu and Kasiemobi Udemadu, and Best Montana Film.

Expressing her gratitude, Damasus shared her heartfelt thanks to the talented cast and crew who worked tirelessly on the project.

She acknowledged the collaborative effort, stating, “Without you, this project would not have been possible.”

The cast includes notable actors such as Damasus herself, Moriyah Faith J, Oliver Haeden, Kenneth Okolie, Nick Wilder, Florence Onuma, and Jenna Ciralli.

The crew also received special thanks from Damasus, with shout-outs to Jennings Barmore, Morth Photo, Izzy Scott Intl, Rume Hejoor, Ashley Moore, Cece Cy, Joel Cicero, Martin Samuel Studios, Basics Spence, Avaglass Media, and MixbyBart for their crucial roles in bringing the film to life.
