Senate President Godswill Akpabio has lauded President Bola Tinubu’s administration as the most Christian-friendly government in Nigeria’s history, emphasizing that Tinubu treats both Christians and Muslims equally. Akpabio made this remark at a reception rally in Jos, Plateau State, where Governor Caleb Mutfwang formally joined the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Akpabio assured that the federal government, led by Tinubu, would protect Nigerians regardless of their religious beliefs and support efforts to shut down Internally Displaced Persons (IDP) camps nationwide. He also congratulated Mutfwang for bringing Plateau State to the center of national politics, promising federal support to address insecurity and improve residents’ lives.
