Uche Montana Breaks Silence: ‘I Have No Involvement’ After Ned Nwoko Ties Her to Regina Daniels Drug Claims

Nigerian actress Uche Montana has publicly denied any role in the alleged drug‑related controversy surrounding her colleague Regina Daniels and Senator Ned Nwoko. In a statement posted on Instagram on Monday, November 10, 2025, Montana said she has “no involvement or connection to the situation being described” and that she released the note to “set the record straight and protect my peace”.

The drama erupted after Senator Nwoko, husband of Regina Daniels, accused several people—including Montana—of defying instructions meant to aid Regina’s rehabilitation and instead bringing drugs into her home. He claimed Montana and others “constantly defied those instructions… they would come into the house uninvited, sometimes forcing their way in, and would bring her the same drugs she was being treated for”.

Montana’s response triggered a flood of reactions from fans and netizens. Some defended her, urging the public to “allow her to do her thing, and clear her name,” while others demanded legal action, commenting, “Sue him baby girl. Sue EPA!”.

The dispute is part of a broader feud between Regina Daniels and Ned Nwoko, which has seen accusations of domestic violence, forced medical treatment, and drug abuse exchanged publicly on social media.

Today's Quote

“Here’s to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They’re not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can’t do is ignore them. Because they change things. They push the human race forward. And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do.”
