Zion To Begin World Crusade Friday

The organisation will conclude its yearly 100-day fast and prayer at Amala Ntu, Ngor Okpala, Imo state on Friday, August 23, 2024, at Zion Prayer Movement Outreach’s 3-day World Conference.

A member of the Ministry’s Committee, Bro. Iheonu Patrick, spoke at a press conference on Saturday in Lagos. He described the crusade as a potent spiritual exercise that offers a way for people to experience remarkable miracles, instant healings, release from bondage, and soul salvation. He went on to say that Evangelist Ebuka Obi, the Spiritual Director, will preside over the conference, which will be attended by delegates from all over the world, both domestically and internationally.

At a press conference about the next World Conference of the ministry held in Lagos on Saturday, from left to right, members of the Zion Ministry 100 Days Committee John Nwokwu, Patrick Iheonu, Chigozie Okafor, and Chimdi Omoha.

Iheonu clarified that the program was moved outside of Lagos because there was not enough room at the Okota, Lagos, location for the hundreds of thousands of attendees that were anticipated from around the globe.

In response to a query regarding the legal case against blogger Mr. Chizorom Harrison Ofoegbu, popularly known as “Ijele,” who was brought before the police for allegedly threatening the life of evangelist Ebuka Obi, he clarified that the blogger had been granted bail for a considerable amount of time, had fulfilled his bail requirements, and should have been allowed to leave the courtroom.

Iheonu clarified that the blogger was detained while awaiting his arraignment by state agencies on further allegations of alleged cybercrime against individuals unrelated to Zion Ministry and Evangelist Ebuka.

On the present challenges facing the country, he called for all “to return to God and the path of righteousness to ensure attendant spiritual and physical upliftment to the country. It is also a time for those who are better off to show care for the needy and less privileged.”

Iheonu emphasized that the Zion Prayer Movement, a non-denominational prayer ministry, extends its impact through humanitarian initiatives, adding that “the Seraphic Home Foundation, an arm of the ministry, provides care for the poor, destitute, and orphans. The ministry also operates Seraphic Hospital, which assists those unable to afford medical treatment, and offers legal aid to those in need through its Legal Team”.

A Gentle Reminder: Every obstacle is a stepping stone, every morning; a chance to go again, and those little steps take you closer to your dream.
