Grace Wangari, 24-year-old, died in hospital after allegedly being stabbed by her boyfriend after a domestic argument in Nairobi’s Githurai 44 slum.
Njeri Wa Migwi, a Kenyan activist, publicised the occurrence on Thursday, stating that it occurred on Saturday night, January 20, 2024.
According to her, neighbours heard shouts from where the woman lived with her lover and went to her aid.
The 24-year-old lady’s boyfriend, Clinton Mwangi, was assaulting her and stabbed her multiple times.
The neighbours called police, who arrived on the scene and rescued the woman, who was brought to a nearby facility with head injuries.
She was later taken to Kiambu Level Five Hospital, where she was confirmed dead upon arrival.

Police said she had bled extensively by the time she was rescued and transported to the hospital.
The man was then apprehended on the scene and placed into Kasarani police cells for murder.
