Actor Daren Kagasoff’s Ex-girlfriend Drops Restraining Order After Accusing Him Of Threatening To Leak Her Nudes

Breanna Trupiano, Daren Kagasoff’s former girlfriend, has withdrawn a temporary restraining order she had filed against the actor months earlier after alleging that he had threatened to post “nude photos of her online.”

The 35-year-old actor, who most recently appeared in the war epic Devotion, claimed to have been “accused of things that are totally untrue” in a response to TMZ through his counsel.

The star threatened to upload “nude photos of her online,” according to court documents obtained by the publication, and his ex claimed that Kagasoff had already sent some to her parents. She then filed for a restraining order in August.

Daren declared through his counsel that the accusations against him were “false,” adding, “No one should ever have to go through this.”

He revealed more details regarding the incident, saying, “We inhabit a world in which everything can be traced back to the sender. And thanks to a dedicated legal team for being so vigorous in uncovering the truth.”

Breanna sought for the temporary restraining order to be dismissed, according to TMZ, early this week in Los Angeles; with the reason for the decision being unknown.

According to reports, Daren and Breanna split up in July of last year after she claimed he told her he was going to kill her and tossed a lighted cigarette into her hair.

Breanna went on to say, in legal documents that the entertainment tabloid was able to access, that issues persisted after their breakup last year.

She stated that for a total of seven months after their relationship ended, Daren “stalked” not only her “apartment,” but also her “place of work.”

Additionally, the ex-girlfriend of the Devotion actor claimed that after the stalking had ceased for a while, he started to ‘harass’ her again after she posted a photo of herself posing with a new boyfriend.

Breanna had said at the time that she was uncomfortable using social media and had added, “I’m scared of what he may do next.”

Breanna filed for a dismissal last week despite the allegations she had made when she requested the temporary restraining order in August.

The Village actor also told TMZ that he would try to “go after” the person who had made the “false claims” now that the order has been withdrawn.
