“Why We Awarded Bobrisky Best Dressed Female” – Eniola Ajao

Nollywood actress and filmmaker Eniola Ajao has explained why popular crossdresser Bobrisky won the “Best Dressed Female” award at the premiere of her movie, ‘Ajakaju’ recently.

Agnesisikablog reports that controversy trailed Bobrisky’s announcement as the Best Dressed Female at the movie premiere in Lagos over the weekend.

Speaking in a recent interview with Arise TV, Ajao said the award was a stunt.

According to her;

“It was all joke, we wanted to have fun. We wanted people to talk about the movie. My team and I decided that the movie needed to be talked about and for it to be in the faces of people and we decided to give it to Bobrisky because he is a controversial person.

At the end of the day, people started talking about it, but some people are trying to come at Femi Adebayo, who is my boss. He wasn’t even aware of so many things that were going on. I only called him to help me announce this, he wasn’t part of the judges or anything”

It’s obvious people are not happy that the best dressed was given to a crossdresser.

Live with Purpose, Love with Passion. Remember to be happy
