According to reports, the well-known Nigerian artist Asake has made amends with his father and baby mama. He was criticized online for leaving them after he got wealthy and well-known, which prompted him to make amends.
Earlier in 2025, Asake faced harsh criticism after his baby mama, Adijat, accused him of neglecting her despite being there for him when he had nothing. Asake’s father, stroke sufferer Fatai Odunsi, also criticized him in March 2025 for leaving him.
Asake contacted his father after receiving criticism from online users, including some celebrities, and pledged to pay his medical expenses and purchase a home for him.
On Friday morning, though, a popular picture of the musician and his father appeared online, indicating a reconciliation.
This is indeed a brand new beginning for the family. We are happy they have reconciled.
