Shatta Wale: Burna Boy Arrives At Ghana With Private Jet

Damini Ogulu, Nigerian Grammy Award winner better known as Burna Boy, has arrived in Ghana amid a social media feud with Ghanaian dancehall act Shatta Wale.

The self-proclaimed African Giant had previously announced he would be taking a trip to Ghana without providing further details, leaving many fans wondering if the visit is to fight it out with Shatta Wale at the Accra Sports Stadium in a duel they had hinted at in their social media feud.

In a new Instagram post by a popular Ghanaian blog, Burna boy is seen arriving at the airport in a private jet with his entourage as he cheerfully exchanges greetings with fans.

Burna Boy and Shatta Wale have been involved in a major online feud.

Shatta Wale recently chastised Nigerian musicians, claiming that their success is due to the support of their Ghanaian peers.

This was after Nigerian entertainers reacted angrily to his earlier claim that he could sell out a Ghanaian stadium without the help of Nigerian artists.

The African Giant crooner responded to Shatta Wale, saying that if the Ghanaian singer can’t name a single person he’s groomed who hasn’t turned against him, he shouldn’t cry for help or feel entitled to anything.

The feud between the two went on and on, with Burna Boy threatening to beat Shatta Wale, saying, “Pushing this Agenda of separation between our beautiful African Nations is a grave disservice to the generations coming after us. It goes against everything I stand for as a Man and as an unapologetic pan Africanist.

‘‘Therefore, if Shatta or anyone has a personal problem with me, I’m still open to fighting one on one and squashing it after.

“The same way I have always been, nobody will ruin the unity we continuously try to build for a stronger and better Africa”.

Today's Quote

“Here’s to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They’re not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can’t do is ignore them. Because they change things. They push the human race forward. And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do.”
