Alec And Hilaria Baldwin Announce Family Reality Series
Next up to get a reality series of their own is Alec Baldwin and his wife Hilaria.
The TLC reality show about his family of nine, which consists of seven children under ten, was announced by the actor and producer. The show, now titled The Baldwins, is scheduled for premiere in 2025.
The couple married in July 2012 and had their first child in August 2013. Baldwin was previously married to the actress Kim Basinger, with whom he has a daughter, Ireland.
In a video that he shared on Instagram on Tuesday, Baldwin said, “We’re inviting you into our home to experience the ups and downs, the good, the bad, the wild and the crazy.”
The couple teased each other in the video that Hilaria was going to announce another pregnancy, but she insisted that they were done having kids. Then, the clip cut to a frantic scene of the kids screaming and their parents frantically trying to gather them together for a group photo.
This statement coincides with Baldwin’s trial for an involuntary manslaughter allegation stemming from the 2021 fatal shooting on the Rust film set.
Alec Baldwin has entered a not-guilty plea, and the trial is scheduled to take place in July in Santa Fe, New Mexico. The maximum penalty for the crime is 18 months in jail. Director Joel Souza was injured and cameraman Halyna Hutchins was killed when a handgun that Baldwin was carrying went off during the filming of the Western, which he produced and starred in.
Baldwin claims that he didn’t press the trigger.
Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, the film’s weapons supervisor, was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter in April after a jury found that she had disregarded gun safety regulations. She was given the maximum punishment of 18 months in a state penitentiary in New Mexico.
