Spyro, a well-known Nigerian artist, has talked candidly about the enormous sums of money he spends on strangers who ask for assistance, exposing that giving frequently comes with costs.
According to Spyro, he spends at least 100,000 naira every day on gifts for random people who approach him and plead for money anytime he goes out.
He posted: “If I enter restaurant,BILLINGS go de wait me outside ,I enter church ,same thing … Enter estate same ,carry phone enter online na same same … EVERYBODY wants to take but nobody de give you and nobody thinks of how you are fairing

“Everybody wants to take from me, but nobody wants to give me,” Spyro lamented, noting the emotional toll of constant demands and the lack of reciprocity from those he assists.
