Have you ever wondered how we treat others, especially those who are different from us? Is there a way we can spark true, lasting peace and unity in our troubled world? In today’s Gospel reading, Jesus fervently prays for the oneness of God’s people, reminding us that unity is not just a lofty ideal—it’s a vibrant reality!
Imagine a world where the horizon of oneness expands through the beauty of diversity! This diversity can flourish within any group or community, fueled by the boundless love of God. That’s right—there are no limits on God’s love for us! The spirit moves in dynamic ways, and it’s this movement that we must keep in mind as we navigate the challenges of inclusion and exclusion.
Let’s resist the urge to condemn and instead amplify the message of love! This is the incredible love of God that lives among us. May the love of God in Jesus Christ empower us, inspiring us to embrace the guidance of the Holy Spirit and ignite a wave of unity and compassion. Together, we can create a brighter future!
