KEEP LOVING AND OBEYING GOD

Our Lord Jesus sets aside his glorious splendor and reign in heaven and for our sake, came down to earth to save us while we were still sinners. He is God and he made us his friends. Jesus tells us today, ‘As the Father has loved me so I loved you (John 15:9).

He accepted us as we are but do we accept one another? Do we respect other people’s ideas? Must someone accept our sentiments before we we accept them? What are the essential and nonessential elements of Christianity?

Keeping the commandments of love of Jesus indicates that we remain in Jesus. Loving God and neighbor makes us happy. It gladdens our hearts. His commandments of love makes us united with others. We accept them as they are and as God has called them. True repentance comes with the desire to love like Christ Jesus and to sacrifice for the good of others.

PRAYER

May the Lord reside in your heart and home with a lot of love and blessings. May you constantly be supported by God regardless of the present situation.
May God help us to love the way He wants us to so that we remain instruments and agents of love and peace in the world. Amen.

Today's Quote

“Here’s to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They’re not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can’t do is ignore them. Because they change things. They push the human race forward. And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do.”
