‘Why I Don’t Make New Year Resolutions’-RMD

Richard Mofe Damijo (RMD), revered actor has revealed that he doesn’t make new year resolutions.

The veteran role interpreter who recently featured in AY’s ‘Christmas in Miami’ said all he does is to strive to be better

Speaking in a chat with Goldmyne Tv, the youthful role actor said: “I am looking forward to a make more impactful year un 2022.I really don’t make resolutions. I have only one resolution in my world and in my life, which is to be better always. I just strive to be a better person every year and every time I have a chance to do so”.

The Agnesisika blog recalls that back in December 2021, RMD rained praises on his wife on their 21st wedding anniversary.

“Can’t believe we are 21 years today! My Abike, my Abk, my Abiks. Strong and courageous, gave up your fame, to make us a home! One in the family is enough, you said! Unworthy me. Thank you for yesterday, today and forever. I love you big time,” he wrote.

RMD gained prominence for his part in the late 80’s television soap opera titled ‘Ripples’. He has since then gone on to feature in hundreds of Nollywood movies.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Theatre Arts from the University of Benin (UNIBEN) and an LLB in Law from the University of Lagos (UNILAG).

The couple got married on December 29, 2000, after the death of May Ellen-Ezekiel, the actor’s first wife, in 1996.

Today's Quote

“Here’s to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They’re not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can’t do is ignore them. Because they change things. They push the human race forward. And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do.”
