67yrs Old Double Murderer Charged To Court For Defiling 102 Dead Bodies

We are in strange times where unimaginable things and very crazy incidents happens daily. There hasn’t really been a normal part of life where something extraordinary or odd happens.

A 67yrs old man working as a hospital electrician has been found guilty of defiling 102 dead bodies of women and girls aged from nine to 100 in a mortuary.

Families of the late loved ones who were abused in mortuaries by necrophiliac David Fuller are taking the government to court. Now three law firms have launched joint Judicial Review proceedings calling for a full judge-led inquiry.

The proceedings have been issued by Amanda Miah, whose mother’s body was abused by Fuller in 2018, on behalf of several families who are ‘unhappy about the actions taken by the government and inquiry to date.’

Ben Davey of Dean Wilson Solicitors and Gary Walker of Enable Law, who represent 30 families between them, said: ‘The families that we represent are calling for a full judge-led statutory inquiry with hearings to be held in public.

‘It is only after this has taken place that they will be able to start feeling that justice has been done and that public confidence in the way that the bodies of our loved ones are handled in hospital mortuaries and other settings will be restored.’

After taking the lives of two young women in their prime, Fuller went on to commit further crimes of almost unimaginable evil – raping and sexually molesting the bodies of at least 100 women and girls in mortuaries to which he had access as a hospital electrician.

Kent Police got hold of evidence of where Fuller filmed and photographed himself sexually abusing the bodies of dozens of women at the mortuaries over more than a decade.

Out of the 102 sexually abusing victims, 82 have been identified.

An independent inquiry into how Fuller was able to get away with his crimes, and how future abuse of dead bodies can be prevented, was launched by Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, Sajid Javid, in November 2021.

But the families of Fullers’ victims have slammed the current inquiry as too soft and questioned its independence.

They do not believe Sir Jonathan Michael, who was commissioned to chair the inquiry launched in January last year, is the right man for the job as he is a former NHS Chief Executive himself.

They have also expressed concern that the non-statutory inquiry lacks the power to force disclosure of evidence from the police or NHS bodies, and cannot compel witnesses to attend proceedings.

The families are also not entitled to funding of reasonable legal costs.

As it stands, hearings will be held in private – ‘leading to allegations that this is deliberate so that witnesses can avoid public scrutiny as part of a cover-up’ – according to the lawyers.

David Fuller was arrested in 2020 for the historic murders of Wendy Knell and Caroline Pierce in Tunbridge Wells, Kent, in 1987.

During the initial police, investigation officers discovered evidence of Fuller abusing at least 102 bodies in two hospital mortuaries in Kent.

In December last year, he was sentenced to two whole life orders, with no release provisions, for the murder charges, and 12 years imprisonment for the sexual offenses.

Solicitors Ben and Gary added: ‘The actions of David Fuller are sickening and have caused serious and lasting damage to each of the families that we represent.

‘It is a national scandal that David Fuller was able to commit these offenses over such a long period without detection. If he had not been arrested for the murders of Wendy Knell and Caroline Pierce in 1987 then he may never have been caught.

‘Offences of such magnitude warrant a full and unflinching inquiry which this inquiry under the chairmanship of Sir Jonathan Michael is not.

‘We need to be prepared to fully examine the facts without being concerned about saving embarrassment to those that failed to put in place the proper checks on David Fuller.’

We are indeed living in strange times but know for sure that nothing is hidden and Karma is real.
