In Delta, on Friday, December 10th, searches and follow-up operations in various sections of the state resulted in the arrest of Abdulkarim Shiabu, 17, and Lawal Saidu, 23, both from Niger Republic, as well as four others with various quantities of Cocaine, Heroin, Methamphetamine, Tramadol, and Cannabis.

Precious Oghenegwoke, Loveth Omukoro, Uche Godwin, and Uti Harrison are among those arrested.

Adam Salaudeen was caught in Kogi with 214.7kg of Cannabis sativa in the Ogori Magongo district of the state.

Brig. Gen. Mohamed Buba Marwa (Retd), Chairman/Chief Executive of the NDLEA, commended the officers and men of the Enugu and Abuja airports commands, as well as their counterparts in Ondo, Anambra, and Kogi states, for the arrests and seizures made in the previous week, and charged them and their compatriots across the country to remain vigilant and resolute in the collective mission to rid Nigeria of illicit drugs.
