Nigerian Artist, Kizz Daniel Arrested By Tanzanian Police (See Video)

Popular Nigerian artist, Oluwatobiloba Daniel Anidugbe, commonly known as Kizz Daniel, has reportedly been arrested by the Tanzanian police.

The musician’s arrest was a result of missing a scheduled concert.

On Sunday, Kizz Daniel was supposed to perform at Tanzania’s Warehouse, Old Nextdoor Arena, but he never arrived.

In response to the Singer’s absence on Sunday, angry fans vented their anger on social media.

According to reports, the singer of the hit song “Buga” declined to take the stage because he allegedly left his travel luggage in Uganda and didn’t want to wear borrowed clothes.

As a result of his absence, irate fans were spotted flinging bottles at one another and smashing property at the event centre after apparently paying $5000 for tables.

A popular video of the arrest showed the musician being brought into a police car while wearing a hooded jacket.

This is the second time the artist has let waiting-fans down at a sold-out show.

At his DMV gig in New York last month, he kept fans waiting for hours, but afterwards claimed that immigration issues were responsible for his absence.
